Biography
Κοnstantinos Lafkas is a seasoned corporate professional, serving for more than 25 years in high and C-level managerial positions (Selonda, Sunlight, Alfa Laval Greece, Maillis, Epa Attikis, Bitros SA, Shell). He led the aggressive expansion of Greek multinationals all over the globe through organic growth and acquisition projects, and he has been heavily involved in transforming businesses models, disrupting product/service fixedness and introducing new growth frameworks. The value of projects and deals involved exceed 1 bn euro.
Over the last 12 years, Konstantinos has been supporting Greek start-ups, as co-Founder and Partner of Uni.Fund (one of the funds of the EquiFund investment platform) and having cooperated with Coralia, EGG, EVEA, Greece’s first Angel Fund, and SEV.
He is the 1st certified Scale Up Coach in Greece, and one of the 200 globally, and the founder of MicroGlobals, an Athens based boutique Coaching & Consulting house.
Konstantinos holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering (NTUA, Athens), an MBA (IMD-Lausanne) and an MSc in Decision Sciences (AUEB, Athens). In addition, he has been trained in specific managerial areas in high ranked Universities like Stanford, Babson, IMD, INSEAD and Ashridge.
