Nikos Koufokotsios, MSc in Chemical Engineering, became a certified brewer and got his MBA before leading the Digital & Sustainability fields of Athenian Brewery’s Supply Chain department; 2 areas that go hand in hand in Industry 4.0 and are key to make any organization competitive nowadays. Now, he is pushing these 2 areas further through Connected & Green Brewery programs, advancing automation and lower CO2 emissions from barley to bar throughout the supply chain.
