Stelios Sbyrakis

Stelios Sbyrakis is leading the Global Investment & Innovation Incentives (GI3) service line and is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Tax & Legal at Deloitte Greece. He is an Electrical & Electronics Engineer, specialized in Microelectronics & Telecommunications. Since 1991 he is a member of the Greek Technical Chamber. He has over 25 years of experience in managerial and consulting positions in the Technology and Telecommunications industries, mainly related to the development and delivery of technology solutions and innovation. Stelios has significant experience in Greek (15 years) and EU state aid incentives, having led large telecom infrastructure projects and technology research projects, which were co-funded by the Greek state and the EU.
