Valia Demesticha

Valia Demesticha is the Security Software Sales Leader for IBM Greece and Cyprus. She joined IBM in 2000, and since then she has undertaken various technical and sales positions with a focus on delivering innovative business solutions by utilizing the IBM software portfolio. She is leading security software sales. Within her role, her main mission is to enable the adoption of advanced cyber security solutions in the daily business practice of companies. This is achieved  through the promotion of solutions related to threat management, protection of critical company assets and modernization of the security investments done by organizations. 

Valia Demesticha holds a BSc in Physics from the Kapodistrian University of Athens and a PhD in Telecommunications from the National Technical University of Athens.
